Massaboutique.com is official dealer for all products and all trademarks on this site and guarantees that every item is authentic.
Products sold and brand manufacturers, therefore, are carefully selected for their stringent quality control standards.

Massaboutique.com, by this site, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase only items already available in stock. Is not possible for the customer to order items that are not already available.Therefore, the order that contains an article which had become, in the meantime, even for mere error, not available, shall be deemed null and void.
All orders are subjected to stock availability and acceptance. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
The reception of the order by Massaboutique.com, sent by customer through electronic data transmission, determines that the transaction has been successfully completed and the contract closure. With the closure of the contract, Massaboutique.com is committed to provide clients with the products ordered, the terms and conditions provided in these Conditions, reserve the right to not execute orders against persons who do not provide adequate guarantees of solvencyor does not fall within the category mentioned above the "end user" or if, for whatever reason, the product ordered is not available for sale.
By sending the order, the customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe relations with Massaboutique.com all provisions contained in these Terms.
Therefore, the order implies the entire understanding and full and unconditional acceptance by the customer of these Conditions and the additional information contained in the web pages of the site mentioned here and/or linked pages.
 

1.  Order payment

1.1  Methods of payment

The item purchased must be paid together with the closing of the purchase transaction via Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal, Bank Transfer or cash on delivery (handling charge 7 Eur).

Credit Card
We remind our new customers that the first order must necessarily receive a check by the bank that issued the credit card used for payment. Our bank will then contact your bank to verify your details before we can proceed with the shipment.
For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently.
This test may cause a delay of 1-2 working days while sending your first order.
Buying on this site, the financial customer's information (such as the number of credit card, the expiration date and personal data) will arrive directly to the Bank in charge of the payment transaction (Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Paypal, or even otherCredit Institutions affiliated with us) via encrypted protocol.
Massaboutique.com, nor others, can ever access them.
To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card.
The order amount will be charged on customer's credit card only when the parcel will be ready for shipment.

In case of payment by American Express credit card, Massaboutique.com will ship the order if and only if the credit card holder's data (name, surname and address) correspond to order holder's data (name, surname and address). The order could be shipped only to the same address of credit card's holder. Massaboutique.com verifies directly the corrispondence with American Express system. In case of all data don't correspond, order and credit card transaction will be cancelled.

Massaboutique.com advise you to apply for E-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard.

PayPal
You may pay via PayPal using your PayPal account. For more info about PayPal as method of payment click here. In case of payment via PayPal, Massaboutique.com can ship the order if and only if the PayPal account's data (name, surname and address) correspond to order holder's data. The shipment address must be the same of the address recorded on PayPal account.

Bank Transfer
Massaboutique.com accepts wire transfers as alternative payment.
We will transmit by e-mail our bank details. Payment must be made within 2 (two) working days from the order date.
We remind our customers which use this method of payment that accrued from 2 (two) working days, in case the wire transfer has not reached our bank account, Massaboutique.com reserves the right to rescind the order. All the fees and bank charges are responsibility of customer only. Massaboutique.com reserves the right to require the integration of payment if the amount accounted does not correspond with the amount of the order. We will not ship out your order until the bank transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the merchandise will be available in our warehouse.

Cash on delivery
Another method of payment offered by Massaboutique.com is the "COD (Cash on Delivery)" with fixed charge of 7 Euro and only for orders not exceeding 999 Eur, paying with cash only.
In case the shipment of an order placed with COD did not succeed for reasons attributable to the customer, Massaboutique.com reserves the right to take no action to any other order with the same method of payment. The service is available in Italy only. The customers which choose to pay cash on delivery must have a bank account in case of refund for returning products.

 


 

2.  VAT exemption and Import Fees

2.1  Price for Customers of the European Community

Product prices that are published on the website Massaboutique.com reflect the actual retail price of the goods and are marked VAT included.
 

2.2  Price for all other Customers (non-European Community)

Product prices that are published on the website Massaboutique.com reflect the actual retail price of the goods TAX FREE as well. Tax Free price is reserved to international customers (outside-UE) . The total amount of the order will be automatically calculated online less the Italian value added tax and the final invoice will reflect this tax exemption.
 

2.3  Import fees

Shipments destined outside the European Community are exempt from Italian Value Added Tax but they are subject to import fees (DDU DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID) based on the client's home country regulations.
Payment of these DDU fees is the sole competence and responsibility of the client.
Product prices that are published on the website Massaboutique.com reflect the actual retail price of the goods which not include IMPORT FEES (based on the customer's home country regulation).The payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we suggest you to contact the custom house or the customs broker more closer to you.
 

3.  Delivery & Shipping information

3.1  Shipment fees – Italy

Shipments are made in Italy by GLS delivery service.
Free Shipping in Italy, except different specifications.
For orders whose value is less than 100 Eur shipment charges amount to 7 Eur in Italy.

As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade all Massaboutique.com shipments coming with accompanying document and receipt stating the value of each item in Euros. For items on sale, there are reported discount prices.

Reference legislation concerning sales conditions, ie articles 49 ff. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) as amended by Legislative Decree n. 21/2014.
The competent court in the event of disputes, in relations with consumers, pursuant to art. 66-bis Legislative Decree 206/2005 the territorial jurisdiction is without fail attributed to the Court of residence (or domicile) of the Consumer.

3.2  Shipment fees – Other Countries

Shipments are made by Crono Internazionale, Export BOX, Crono Internazionale, DHL, UPS delivery service, selected by Massaboutique according to internal reasons.
Orders whose value exceed 250 EUR in only one transaction are shipped free of charge in EU countries.
In non-EU countries orders whose value exceed 500 EUR in only one transaction are shipped free of charge. Shipments for Russian Federation will be delivered within approximately 15/20 working days. Massaboutique.com cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment which may result from packs being stopped and checked by Borders & Customs Agencies. According to International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade all Massaboutique.com shipments coming with official invoice stating the value of each items in Euros. For items on sale invoice list discount prices.

3.3  Shipment Date

We daily ship all orders received within 12.00 a.m. from Monday to Friday. If you have placed the order in a non-working day or holiday, the parcel will be shipped the first following day.

For the delivery, you can consider:

  • 1-2 working days for Italy (+1 day for Sicilia and Sardegna)
  • 4-5 working days in UE
  • 8-10 working days for Extra Ue countries

The shipments for Russian Federation could be subjected to delays on deliveries causing by Custom procedures not estimable in advance and not imputable neither to Massaboutique.com either Export Box courier service.

If you paid the purchase order via bank transfer, the parcel will be shipped as soon as the payment is encashed on our bank account.

During sales promotion times, we ship all orders in chronological sequence as there will be delayed shipments  up to 4 days more.

3.4  Items in stock: prompt shipment

Orders are shipped the first working day following the day in which the order was made, after checking the availability of items and verifying your credit card information. Credit card will be charged the day of shipment.
We wish to remind our customers that the order must receive a final check by the bank, this means that our bank will then contact your bank to verify your details before proceeding with the shipment.
This verification could lead to delay in sending your first order of 1-2 working days. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card.
 

3.5  Order of preview items

Our customers can reserve items, whose sale are scheduled in the following months.
The payment of the item will be in conjunction with the order. Shipping will be done when that specific item will be available in our stores.
Massaboutique.com will indicate for each bookable item the earliest ship date. The merchandise available is delivered immediately, while shipments of reservations will be done as soon as the item arrives in our stores or as soon as the seasonal collection is available.

In case the order of a previously booked item is not available, the amount paid will be totally refund to the customer in the same way in which payment has done.

3.6  Order Update

Customers can receive information about the status of the order directly on control panel on personal profile.
The orders will be delivered from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday.

3.7  Shipment tracking

Upon shipping the order, Massaboutique.com send its customers an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by GLS (Crono Internazionale for international orders). Customers can follow the status of their order directly on control panel on personal profile or on courier's website.

The web page displayed will show exact and up-to-date product tracking of your shipment.

3.8  Shipment insurance

Massaboutique.com shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment arrives at destination insurance loses its effectiveness.
Massaboutique.com requires a signature for orders delivered, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the customers. The person who signs for the package confirms receipt and he is accountable for the package.

3.9  Authorized shipment delivery

Upon delivery, clients are asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature for the receipt of the merchandise. Massaboutique.com boxes are brown carefully taped with blue scotch-tape or in plastic bag blue colored with white logo.
If, for any reason, the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is not intact, clients should sign for the package as "Good unchecked" or to refuse delivery. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, clients are asked to immediately report to the local courier office and to contact Massaboutique.com at ordini@massaboutique.com .

If for any reason the shipment can not be successfully delivered to the address provided by the client in the commercial contract, the package is likely to be returned to sender and the expenses will be charged at the client. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the client by Massaboutique.com.

Shipments destined outside the European Community are subject to import fees based on the Customer’s home country regulations for the return as well. The payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs and are sole responsibility of the customers. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we suggest you to contact the custom house or the customs broker more closer to you. Massaboutique.com will deduct these amount from the eventual customers’ refund.

3.10  Storage shipment and awaiting delivery

If for any reason the shipment is not delivered, on the following day the courier shall automatically send the sender (Massaboutique.com) a Storage Report, giving the reason for the non-delivery and a request for instructions for the good’s release.
Customers can receive information about Storage Report and status of the order directly on control panel on personal profile.
Massaboutique.com reserves the right to request the return of the items after 3 (three) working days, in the absence of customer’s ordering.
 

3.11  Shipment documents

According to International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all Massaboutique.com orders are shipped out of Martina Franca, Italy, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.
It is illegal to declare lower values or to request the items as gifts. Massaboutique.com attacches for each invoice the check bill.
For sale products, the amount on the invoice will declare the discounted prices.
For customers resident outside the European Community the total invoice’s amount will be calculated exempt from Italian Valued Added Tax adding, eventually, the shipment fees.

3.12  PICK UP IN STORE

Through “Pick Up In Store" service you can buy online products and pick up them directly from the reference Boutique (Massa Uomo – Massa Donna – Massa29 Uomo – Massa29 Donna - Massa piccolo – Massa RosaMarina) no later than ten (10) days of purchase’s date. We remind our customers who want to use “Pick Up In Store" service that is not possible to try on the purchased product into the Boutique in which is collected. If the product is not adequate it can be replaced within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it has been collected through the Return procedure indicated in Section 4.1 of Customer Care. In case of returned item(s), customers must click on the Return icon which appears into personal profile, into "My Orders" section, and follow instructions or contact us resi@massaboutique.com within fourteen (14) days from the date of product’s pick up. For products purchased by Pick Up In Store is possible to obtain the replacement of the same product with another colour, the refund of the amount paid or a store credit online only. It is not possible to change the item(s) with a different product. We will never accept a returning product directly at the Boutique where it has been picked up.
 

4.  Return and Refund Policy

4.1  Terms and conditions regarding the right to withdraw - Right to withdraw in Ue and effects

You have the right to withdraw the contracts, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days.

The period of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day in which you or a third party, different from shipper and designed by you, acquires the product.

To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform the Newebcom s.r.l. (Via Giuseppe Chiarelli 26, tel. 080 4859148 – Fax 080 4831520 – e-mail resi@massaboutique.com) about your decision to withdraw the contracts via written declaration. You could ask the return clicking on Return icon, visible in your personal profile in “My order section”. We’ll send you a return confirmation via e-mail.

To respect the expire of withdrawal, you should send the return communication/procedure within the time limit concerning to right of withdrawal.

If you withdraw this present contract, we will refund you all payments you done for us, including the cost of shipping (except additional costs deriving from your possible choice of another courier different from our standard method of shipment), without underserved delay and in any case not over 14 days from we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will refund you using the same method of payment you used for the purchase order, unless different accords. The refund procedure could be suspense until the return-delivery of products at seller, after the verify of their integrity.

The cost of shipping for returning the items are free in case of change size or store credit request as compensation. 

The direct costs of shipping for returning items is of 7 Euro in case of refund request. This service is valid for Italy returns only. The returns from Extra Italy countries (Ue and Extra Ue) are carriage paid

The right of withdrawal is excluding for customized products.

We ask you to ship the return items to Newebcom s.r.l., Via Giuseppe Chiarelli 26, 74015 Martina Franca (TA), without underserved delay and within 14 days from the date you communicated us your choice to withdraw the present contract. The expire date is respected if you ship the return items within the limit time of 14 days.

4.2  Return Shipment

If for any reason, clients are not satisfied with the order, the unused item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Clients must follow the official Return Policy as stated here below:

  1. The original "Return" Massaboutique.com tag must be attached to the item with the original yellow security seal.
  2. The original "Return" Massaboutique.com tag and yellow security seal must not be removed or cut in any way.
  3. Items must be unused.
  4. In case of returned item(s), client must click on the Return icon which appears into personal profile, into "My Orders" section, and follow instructions or contact us via e-mail to resi@massaboutique.com, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once this term is expired the "Return" icon will be no longer available.
  5. The return request must include the Item Code Number(s) of the item(s) to be returned and the compensation for the return: size exchange, refund or store credit. Exchanges for a different item code are unavailable.
  6. Once the written request is received, Massaboutique.com Customer Service will send a written confirmation to the client including the Return Authorization Number. Clients must write this Return Authorization Number on the "return" tag attached to the item.
  7. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion in a tamper-proof packaging.
  8. The return of the unused item(s) must reach Massaboutique.com within 7 (seven) days of the written confirmation from Massaboutique.com Customer Service.
  9. Massaboutique.com offers the possibility to turn back purchased goods free of any charges through the partner courier: this pickup service is only valid for the Italian country
  10. The return from Extra Italy are carriage paid. We suggest you to choose a shipping insurance. The package containing the returned items is under Client’s responsibility. Massaboutique.com is not responsible in case of lost packages, damages for incorrect packaging or delivery delays to our warehouses.
  11. The unused item(s) from Extra UE must be returned via EMS – International Mail Service or Express Courier to Francesco Massa s.r.l. - Via Giuseppe Chiarelli 26 - 74015 Martina Franca (TA) Italy.
  12. The Customized products cannot be returned or replaced.


Massaboutique.com ensure that products which appear online are conform to the images there published and that all items, at the time of shipment, are submitted to inspection and shipped after having controlled that they do not have evident defects.
In the case of error in the order on the part of Massaboutique.com, clients must follow the instructions above. Massaboutique.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective merchandise apparently before authorizing the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees. Massaboutique.com will ship clients the returned corrected goods free of charge or will refund the incur expenses.
Massaboutique.com reserves the right to request photographic support for returns if necessary for the evaluation of return process.
Massaboutique.com will not accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason. Massaboutique.com reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.
Massaboutique.com reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

4.3  Return: instructions

All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of Massaboutique.com and must meet all the requirements listed under the Return Policy. Massaboutique.com reserves the right to assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.
The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc. Shoes and other accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way.
If the authorized returned item(s) passes re-entry inspection, the client will receive a confirmation of the return from Massaboutique.com Customer Service.
If the customers requests a size change, the exchange item will be sent to the client free of charge by Massaboutique.com for import whose value exceed 50 Euro for Italy and for import whose value exceed 150 Euro for European Community’s Countries.
Free Return policy is limited to one exchange only for every authorized return. Items can be exchanged only when a different size is available.
The return of products whose amount is less than 50.00 Euro for Italy and 150.00 Euro for the European Community’s Countries will not be accepted. But rather the client will be refunded for the amount relative to the returned product(s) and the client have to make another order to purchase the product desired. Massaboutique.com can take up to 5 (five) working days to ship the size change starting from the receipt of return in the warehouse.
It is not possible to change the item(s) with a different product.
If the customers requests a refund accepted by Massaboutique.com, the refund will be done using the same method of payment used for the purchase order. It will possibly appears on the client's credit card statement, PayPal account or on the bank account approximately after 30 (thirty) days. Parameters concerning timeline may differ depending on the credit card used or other method of payment used or Bank Institute. It is not possible to control this process on the part of Massaboutique.com. Parameters concerning timeline may differ depending on the credit card used or other method of payment used. Massaboutique.com can take up to 5 (five) working days for starting the refund procedure from the receipt of return in the warehouse. 

If the client requests the issue of a store credit’s voucher, this could be used one time only on a future order within 60 (sixty) days. It must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit. If not used within the limit of referential season Massaboutique.com reserves the right to convert it in a final partial refund. Massaboutique.com can take up to 5 (five) working days for starting the store credit's voucher issue procedure starting from the receipt of return in the warehouse. 
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Massaboutique.com and may only be refunded as a store credit. Products purchased as gifts (or Corporate Gifts) may only be returned by the original purchaser and within seven working days of initial receipt.

 

4.4  Refund and store credit

Referring to the returned packages sent from outside the European Communities Countries (UE) the compensation will be limited only to refund or store credit. It is not possible to change the item(s) with a different product(s).

If the customers requests a refund accepted by Massaboutique.com, the refund will be done using the same method of payment choosen for the purchase order. It will possibly appears on the customer's credit card statement or on the bank account approximately after 30 (thirty) days. Parameters concerning timeline may differ depending on the credit card used or other method of payment used or bank institute. It is not possible to control this process on the part of Massaboutique.com.
The customers is responsible for shipment of the returned item(s) and any eventual import, such as local taxes, custom duties, import and/or custom clearance tax, and those import will be deducted from the final refund.
In any case Massaboutique.com will complete the appropriate custom’s documentation, in order to reduce any custom duties relative to item(s) return. The unused item(s) must be returned by EMS - International Mail Service to Newebcom s.r.l. Via Giuseppe Chiarelli 26 - 74015 Martina Franca (TA) Italy. The customer is here ask for to add the ‘return proforma invoice’ filled out in the form as required by the package turn over, available down on paper, present in the accompanying international documents and downloadable in the section of "my orders" in your personal profile.
We suggest you to choose a shipping insurance. The package containing the returned items is under customers’s responsibility. Massaboutique is not responsible in case of lost packages, damages for incorrect packaging or delivery delays to our warehouses.

5.  E-Card and Promotional Codes

The Gift Card is useable exclusively online. The purchase values are Euro 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 and 500. The sender can choose different ways of delivery of its Gift Card. It will be delivered to the addressee through our elegant Gift Card (hard copy) via SMS or E-mail. The Gift Card come with your personal message. The service is totally free. It has one year validity. It can be used for one or more purchases until finished its value. It can be used as partial payment of a purchase of higher value. Our Gift Cards can be accumulated. The client has the possibility by contacting customer service at clienti@massaboutique.com, to request a cumulative code.

Our Gift Card is not used to purchase additional Gift Card, it is not redeemable for cash. It does not include any customs charges whose payment is exclusively responsibility of addressee's shipment (for Extra Ue orders).

Orders made by Gift Card can be returned: the amount concerning returned items can be accredited on Gift Card or used in exchange. The Gift Card will be sent to the address indicated by the buyer when ordered. Massaboutique.com is not responsible for Gift Card's shipment to incomplete or incorrect address provided by the buyer. What is the online shop and how it works?

Massaboutique.com is the Boutique of Newebcom srl group. On the webisite you may buy clothing, footwear and accessories of the best fashion brands  for men, women and kids. The shopping experience is easy: in a few days you may register youself, choose the wished products and complete the purchase. In a few days you will receive the purchased items.  

How many duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Prices on the website are shown VAT included or excluded. During the check out procedure you will identify which Country is the destination for the merchandise, this information is used to then calculate the Sales taxes of the Country specified and shipping costs. The exact price of an item is not finalized until you have selected your shipping destination. Sales taxes and Shipping Costs are calculated and shown as part of the final invoice before the Customer authorizes payment. The total invoice paid during the purchase process do not includes DDU countries where the Customer will be charged for any local sales taxes and import duties on the purchase.

Where is my order?

Upon shipping the order, Massaboutique.com send you an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by SDA, GLS or Export Box  (for shipment in Ue and Extra Ue). You will follow the status of your order directly in their websites.  

How soon I will receive my order?

We daily ship all orders received within 12.00 a.m. from Monday to Friday. If you have placed the order in a non-working day or holiday, the parcel will be shipped the first working following day. For the delivery, you can consider: 1-2 working days for Italy (+1 day for Sicilia and Sardegna) 4-5 working days in UE 8-10 working days for Extra Ue countries The shipments for Russian Federation could be subjected to delays on deliveries causing by Custom procedures not estimable in advance and not imputable neither to Massaboutique.com either Export Box courier service. If you paid the purchase order via bank transfer, the parcel will be shipped as soon as the payment is encashed on our bank account. During sales promotion times, we ship all orders in chronological sequence as there will be delayed shipments  up to 5 days more. After the shipment, you will receive our e-mail with the tracking number to follow the state of delivery.

Why some products do not show the "Buy now" button?

You may have seen some product where instead of the "Buy now" button there is the caption "Get more info". This is a modality that allows us to filter requests that come through the website and serve as intermediary with the warehouse. It is a method that we use for those products that do not have huge warehouse stock but allows, however, to order the product you are interested in. Which countries do you ship to?

Shipments are made worldwide on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid - Delivery customs clearance). This means that any local taxes and import duties on the purchase will be demanded by courier with a communication before the delivery. Shipments destined outside the European Community are exempt from Italian Value Added Tax but they are subject to import fees (DDU DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID) based on the client's home country regulations. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole competence and responsibility of the client.
